  Please for your pets sake do not take them to this vet! I have nothing but regrets for ever taking my two dogs to this vet. Their pet care plan is sold as providing piece of mind that your pets health is monitored regularly by professionals that know what they are doing. It is in fact nothing more than a money making scheme. Having taken my surviving dog to a more reputable vet, it's clear that Stoke Bishop vets were not checking them over properly at all. On top of that, symptoms I kept bringing to them were ignored and fobbed off, when my dog was clearly suffering. To add insult to injury, they continued to bill me for the pet care plan for two months after my dog passed away, despite telling me that they'd stop three times. I've now cancelled the direct debit, which had led to threatening letters. Please don't make the same mistake I did. You can't bring them back once they are gone :'(

  Very friendly and caring staff. You never have to wait long for an appointment, and they are happy to give advice to their clients over the phone. Nice, calm environment for our cats... well, as nice as a vets can be for them! Chaos, Charity, Gimli and Rufus, as well as the strays we take in to Stoke Bishop for health checks and care, are looked after as well as the vet's own pets would be when there. They especially enjoy the fuss and snuggles they get!
