- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been really let down. I paid nearly £6K for natural lens replacement and for me it’s been a disaster. The whole scans and lens replacement procedure was fine and faultless. However a week on it appears my blurry long distance is seriously wrong. I have had to BUY at my own expense to be able to see. My near vision is more than I could have hoped for, but anything beyond my elbow is completely blurred. I am devastated. I understand that I have to wait three months for this to be corrected. Optical express have me tied by their T&Cs. I have to wait three months to have this corrected and in the meantime I am stymied. So who along the line made such a terrible mistake with my prescription? I couldn’t even see to drive ... but I could see the newspaper and my phone ... sorry, not good.by Jane WhicheloeJuly 31, 2017
