- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors / Nurses are overall very good and very helpful. The reception staff vary hugely however (some great, some pretty blunt and totally unhelpful) and trying to get an appointment is a nightmare, convoluted booking system (can't book more than 3 weeks ahead, but it's usually 10 days to get an appointment) and they seem keen to tell you what you can't do, rather than what options there are. Also shortest i've ever been on hold waiting to get through is 25m (when calling offpeak too!). Clearly needs more staff and investment, or different internal non-medical staff resource allocation. Biggest tip for improvement would be hire more phone-answering staff, it's hugely frustrating trying to fit in a call to book an appointment on lunch or on way into work and running out of time as still on hold unanswered!by Binary SurferJanuary 05, 2017
