The anti gravity machine is great, especially when you need to adjust slowly to exercising again.The guys really know their stuff. I have seen doctors, chiropractors and other physiotherapists in the past and they have not been able to help with the pain and discomfort I was experiencing on a daily basis! Now after 6 weeks of treatment with Keith I'm able to return to rugby training after almost 10 years away from the game. The Alter G is a fantastic piece of kit and I'm sure using this equipment in the future is going to help me rehab my ankle further and get me back playing again.
