- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So so slow. I went to this Boots 3 times to pick up my prescription and there was always a queue. They're either completely understaffed or completely incompetent. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hopeless. They never answer the telephone. I phone to see if a prescription has been delivered, but usually have to drive to them and wait in a lengthy queue sometimes to find that they have not got the prescription anyway.
